Visit any DAP center or screening camp. Our team will verify your eligibility and register you for the program.

Provide basic documentation (CNIC, age proof, diagnosis). Our team confirms eligibility and issues your monitoring kit.

Receive Ongoing Support
Receive your free glucometer, test strips, and needles. Return regularly for refills and continued support.
