The Diabetic Association of Pakistan (DAP) invites designers, artists, illustrators, photographers, and creative volunteers to submit original cover page designs for our publications and digital platforms.
Approved designs may be featured in reports, awareness materials, and online publications supporting diabetes education and patient care.

- Graphic designers, artists, photographers, and illustrators
- Students and independent creatives
- Volunteer contributors
No submission fee applies.
How to Submit
Submit your cover design and required files via email or through the submission form available on this page.
Notice: By submitting a cover design, you grant DAP permission to use the approved artwork for publication and promotional purposes, with appropriate credit to the contributor.
Please include:
- Full name
- Contact details
- Secure cloud download link for working/source files
- Confirmation of original, volunteer-based work
- File format and size (PSD, AI; maximum 20 MB)
- All supporting files (fonts, images, layers)
