The Diabetic Association of Pakistan (DAP) began in 1966 in SMHS, Karachi, providing basic diabetes care with a small team. In 1981, it shifted to Nazimabad to expand services and enhance facilities. Today, by the grace of God, DAP serves 100–150 patients daily in its outpatient clinic.

Services Being Rendered by the Association

Diabetic Association of Pakistan Karachi provides free services to poor and deserving patients, including widows, orphans, and children. These services include medical consultation, hypoglycaemic medications, insulin, dietary guidance, and diabetes education. Our dedicated Foot Care Clinic also offers specialized assessment and treatment for diabetes-related foot complications.
