Joining the Diabetic Association of Pakistan (DAP) supports our mission to improve diabetes prevention, care and education across Pakistan. As a member, you become part of a national effort to advance access to treatment, community care, and patient support
Who Can Apply
- -Membership is open to all adult individuals of sound mind and good character.
- -Agencies/Institutions may also apply for institutional membership categories.

How to Apply
For Life & Ordinary Memberships
- Fill the online membership application form
- Receive a confirmation email with your Reference Number after submitting the form
- Wait for Council of Management’s approval
- Upon approval, pay the membership fee using the method shared in the email
- Membership becomes active once payment is received
For Special & Representative Memberships (Institutions)
- Submit the online institutional application form
- Receive confirmation email & Reference Number
- Reviewed by Council of Management
- Upon approval, pay the annual subscription
- Membership becomes active after deposit confirmation
Notice: Members with unpaid dues lose the right to vote or contest elections until dues are cleared.
