By donating or participating in fundraising activities through DAP, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Purpose of Donations

All funds raised are used strictly for diabetes-related programs, including prevention, education, treatment, insulin support, and patient welfare, in line with DAP’s charitable objectives.

2. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

DAP is a registered non-profit organization in Pakistan and operates in accordance with applicable Pakistani laws, including charity, taxation, and regulatory requirements. DAP reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any fundraising activity that does not comply with legal or ethical standards.

3. Zakat & Shariah Compliance

DAP maintains Shariah-compliant Zakat management under the guidance of qualified Islamic scholars (Mufti).

• Zakat funds are kept separate from other donations.
• Zakat is distributed only to eligible beneficiaries (Mustahiq) as defined under Islamic principles.
• Zakat is not used for administrative, promotional, or non-eligible expenses.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information is collected only to process donations and communicate regarding DAP programs. Donor details are kept confidential and are not shared publicly without consent, except where required by law.

5. Donations & Refunds

All donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable, except where required under applicable law. Donors may choose to remain anonymous.

6. Fundraising Pages & Content

DAP may display fundraiser and donor names unless anonymity is selected. Any misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate content may be removed at DAP’s discretion.

7. Health, Safety & Liability

Participation in fundraising activities is voluntary. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety. DAP is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Use of Media

DAP may use photographs, testimonials, or campaign information for awareness and reporting purposes unless declined in writing.

9. Amendments

DAP may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
